I’ve posted yet another old never-before-heard-outside-of-the-band Reign of Frogs archives song to the MP3 page. It’s called The Shoe, and has such phenomenal self-penned lyrics as “The moon is in the heavens, the stars are out tonight”. As if the moon would be anywhere else. Well, I suppose if this were Space 1999…
Got the estimate on the hail damage to my car today – over $11K. That’s more than I actually owe on the thing, and I have a hard time believing it’s less than the blue book value. But they didn’t declare it “totalled” like they did with so many others. So I guess I will get it fixed, and drive a rental car around for a month.
This weekend, I finally watched O Brother, Where Art Thou? for the first time. I’m definitely putting it into the “win” column for the Coen Brothers ouerve, as opposed to the “eh” category. I did like the story and acting a lot, though I would probably have approved of it just for the gorgeous cinematography alone (much of it manipulated digitally, according to one of the featurettes on the disc). Now I’m off to find some Dapper Dan pomade…

You’re right, Jeff. Blue Book value is more than I thought it would be. I guess Acuras keep their value pretty well.
