The Smell Of Beans

As I mentioned a few entries ago, I finally gave in and bought a new digital camera a couple of weeks ago. It’s a Sony Cypershot DSC-P200, and I like it a lot so far. It’s small and easy to use, and seems to take pretty good pictures. Aside from using it to take pictures of myself, I’ve been taking it with me everywhere and am trying to chronicle other things in my life.
Last Saturday, I visited the new iBean Cafe, an independent boutique coffee shop owned by Troy, my brother-in-law Glen’s brother:
Here’s another picture and another. The cafe is a cool, cozy place and the coffee’s good. They also serve panini breakfast and lunch sandwiches which I didn’t get a chance to try, but they look tasty. And of course it has free WiFi, so for the first time, I was able to connect my Sony PSP up to the Internet (I downloaded a software update). If you live in the Arvada area, check it out!
More pix when I get a life. Latre.

If you haven’t encountered it yet, I wholeheartedly endorse flickr.com for photo sharing.

Yeah, I first heard about flickr.com through Amy’s blog, and it looks pretty cool. Will have to sign up when I have more pix.

Hmmm…there’s something familiar about the format of that shot at the top of your page…

Yeah Jeff, I was going to go with nose hairs, but I wanted to do a tribute to you instead…

Not that I noticed, but I don’t have a lot to compare it to, since I’m not a real big coffee person.
